Serin Kasif is the Business Development Director (Live & Theatrical) for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s company The Really Useful Group (RUG). For The Really Useful Group, Serin works across all titles with global partners on productions and tours around the world and leads on activity in major markets specializing in work in China, Australia, Middle East, Latin America and developing markets. Established in 2022, Serin is working on Andrew Lloyd Webber’s live entertainment joint venture with Antonio Banderas, Amigos Para Siempre which focuses on bringing first class Spanish language productions to the world.

Serin is the Producer for RUG on The Phantom of the Opera World Tour which has toured since opening in Manila in 2019. A decade ago, Serin started with RUG working on the team that developed the first ever Mandarin language production of CATS and was thrilled to be leading on the development of the first ever Mandarin language production of Phantom.

Serin is passionate about developing and reaching new audiences as well working with partners around the world to invest into and develop local industry professionals and technicians.
