Andrew Wallace

Andrew is one of Leathwaite’s founding partners and in 2023 was appointed Chair. He leads the Board and oversees the strategy and direction of the firm, assesses progress against its global ambition and supports the managing partners in ensuring Leathwaite achieves its goals. He leads on culture, ESG and purpose ensuring the firm is fully focused on creating meaningful change. He is also a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.  Over the last decade, he has built and led the Legal, Risk and Compliance practice, in addition to the Global HR and Executive Interim businesses. He has over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and an unparalleled network across the industry. Prior to Leathwaite, Andrew lived and worked in New York, building the US arm of a leading UK consultancy, and has worked on assignments in over 20 countries. Throughout, Andrew has been passionate about the connection between schools and careers, and currently works with several enterprises to aid students in realizing their potential and finding fulfilling careers.
