Hannah Wilson

Hannah is a dynamic leader who is a passionate diversity, inclusion & equality advocate; an ethical leader who is vision & values-led. She strives to model integrity as a leader and is committed to recruiting & retaining a diverse & flexible education.

She is the co-founder of #WomenEd, a grassroots organisation that connects, develops & empowers aspiring & existing female leaders. Hannah is currently the Head of Secondary PGCE at the University of Buckingham. She is passionate about recruiting and retaining teachers. Her MA research is exploring flexible teaching opportunities as a solution to our attraction and attrition issues as a teaching profession. Hannah is also a network leader for Lean In.

Hannah also volunteers as a Governor/ Trustee and Vice Chair of the Board for a MAT in Leicester.
