Andrew Belshaw

An interest in maths at school, led Andrew to being offered work experience one summer at a small accounting practice in Reading. This helped him realise what he wanted to do. After University, Andrew joined one of the big accounting firms and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Andrew has worked in both audit and corporate finance at Deloitte LLP and Ernst & Young, specialising in providing advice to a wide range of clients in the technology sector. After leaving private practice, Andrew worked alongside the Commercial Director in a new business development role at Xansa plc before joining Gamma in 2007.

At Gamma, Andrew has been part of a management team who have taken the business from being a small UK telecoms business to a European wide technology business employing 1800 people. Andrew’s career has also progressed – he became CFO in 2014 when Gamma floated and then CEO in July 2022.

Andrew has a degree in Maths from St John’s College, Cambridge and gained an MBA from Warwick Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
