William heads up the largest creative services business working in film, television, immersive and advertising, dealing with Hollywood studios, global brands and technology giants like Google, Meta and Microsoft.

Today the group employs nearly 7,000 colleagues and is a market leader in each industry sector it serves.

The company has won every major international award (often many times) in the nine digital platforms it serves and is the only company at this level across all storytelling platforms globally. Awards include Oscars, BAFTAs, Royal Television Society, D&AD, Cannes Lions, Primetime Emmies. The 1,000+ creative awards over thirty years include recent successes in the new digital platforms including immersive and mixed reality. In most cases our work pioneered the making of content for the platform. For the last four years we have worked with Apple on the recently launched Vision Pro.
