Katie Grosvenor

Katie has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, media and technology, at multinational organisations including The University of Cambridge, MediaCom and Integral Ad Science.
Katie started her career in advertising in 2004 at MediaCom, working her way up to Marketing Director in 2011 and Global Operations Director in 2016 leading the Mars account. Leaving in 2017 to explore the world of tech, Katie moved to be Head of Northern Europe, at Integral Ad Science. Her role was to help advertisers and agencies maximise their investment in technology through innovation, as well as championing the collective responsibility of the industry in sustainability and inclusion. Returning to the GroupM family in 2022, Katie’s role is to oversee the development and delivery of our growth agenda as well as our employee and client engagement plans.
Passionate about gender equality, she sponsored and led the Gender ERG at IAS EMEA, fostering an inclusive environment for gender-related conversations. As an Executive Sponsor, she champions the Unite ERG, supporting LGBTQIA+ members. Katie’s impact extends to mentorship and sponsorship programs, elevating underrepresented talent to leadership positions and held the position of COO for the women’s network, Bloom, in 2021. She actively endorses the Visible Start program, aiding women in reentering the advertising field after career breaks. Through media appearances and speaking engagements, Katie uses her voice to address workplace inequalities, retention, and mentorship. Beyond the workplace, she collaborates with Business in the Community’s Cost of Living Taskforce to alleviate employees’ financial challenges. Katie’s accolades include being recognized as one of Management Today’s 35 Under 35, one of the U.K.’s 50 Most Influential Women in Tech and most recently as one of the Top 100 Female Executives in INvolve’s Heroes 2023 List.
