Alexia is a British-American author who studied psychology at Cambridge University, then contributed to the Tony-award-winning 2004 Broadway revival of La Cage aux Folles. Her debut novel, The Bone Dragon, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize & honored as a Book of the Year by the Financial Times and the Independent. Don’t miss this broadcast with she will discuss crafting authentic characters and stories, using stereotypes and archetypes as writing starting points.
