Alexandra Uprichard

I have worked in the advertising/ marketing sector for 25 years- starting as a TV buyer at McCanns Manchester, working for MTV in London for a number of years, and starting and selling my own digital business before coming back to ad agency life at IMA. I have been MD here for 2 years and enjoy the fact that my role is broad spanning great work, strong client relationships and positive people management. I am keen to support students who are unclear on their path because I have had a somewhat ‘squiggly career’ and have had success and failure.. dropping out of uni but then finding a career perfect for me in a sector I had previously been unaware of!
