Join NTBC to discuss H.F. Askwith’s career and book, A Cruel Twist of Fate – like our hero read, Jane Eyre, it’s a Gothic story following a governess encountering mysteries and secrets in a manor house setting!

H. F. Askwith is a British writer of dark fantastical fiction. A Cruel Twist of Fate is her second novel, which follows her debut, A Dark Inheritance. H. F. Askwith gained a Distinction in her Masters in Creative Writing, and in addition to her writing, H.F. Askwith has a love of puzzles, escape rooms and cyphers, which in turn has influenced her work.
