Lloyds Banking Group (Northern Ireland) are excited to welcome you to our offices to take part in a 3-Day experience that will immerse you into a busy, corporate setting and help you develop the skills needed to take you from the classroom to being your business savvy future self! Lloyds Banking Group isn’t just about Finance, we’re a Tech, Data and Cyber focused organisation with roles across many areas including Legal, Marketing, UX/CX Design and more

So, what will you do?

Together, we’ll spend 2 days building your employability skills through a series of workshops and insights focusing on the 8 essential skills needed to be successful in life, education and the world of work. We’ll help you build the skills and confidence to be your best, focusing on personal effectiveness, personal branding, evolving your problem-solving skills and presentation style through business related challenges. On day 3 you’ll have the opportunity to see what it’s like to specialise in specific fields within Lloyds – Technology Engineering, Cyber Security & Legal, even if you’re not currently thinking about a career in those fields, you’ll learn transferable skills that are essential in all career pathways.
