Lincolnshire Co-op invites you to an exciting 3 Day Interactive Virtual Work Experience in the functions of large business.

As one of the most successful independent consumer co‑operatives in the UK, Lincolnshire Co-op are proud to be able to offer a wide range of services from their family of businesses. You'll see that as a co‑operative, they trade differently from other retailers.


Lincolnshire co-op are owned by their 300,000 members, the people of Lincolnshire and surrounding counties, and have been for more than 160 years.

The business recycles ALL their profits locally, by sharing dividend with our members, investing in new and improved services and by supporting local community groups, charities and schools through our Community Champions scheme.


On this 3 day experience, you will hear from professionals at different stages of their careers, who will share their experience working within; Pharmacy, Travel and Tourism, Business, Marketing, Legal Services and many other areas of a thriving, multi-faceted business.


The 3 sessions for this placement will be on the 2nd, 3rd from 10am until 12pm. Then the final session is on the 4th of July from 1pm until 3pm.


The first session, on the 2nd of July at 10am, will give an introduction from the employer and set an outline of a project to be completed within the placement.

The second session, on the 3rd of July at 10am – 12pm, will then give an opportunity to discuss any issues students are having and ask any questions regarding the project they may have and begin completing the group project.

The final session, on the 4th of July at 1pm – 3pm, will then give the students a chance to present the work they have been creating over the past few days and share their ideas with the group as a whole. The employer will then be able to provide feedback for the students.

The project will ask you in groups to discuss and plan all aspects of planning a new office.

Post Office
