From the breakthrough of ChatGPT to other emerging AI fields, cyber security and robotics, tech is one of the most interesting industries to explore for your future career. There is not one industry that isn't being transformed by technology, and TCS will show you some of the most exciting ways this is happening.  

We are thrilled to offer an insight into what it’s like to work in the global tech sector, and there’s so much more to it then you can imagine! This opportunity is open to all curious young people, aged 14-18. During the five-day virtual programme, students will experience the unique world of technology, gain employability skills relevant to careers of the future, explore real-life business challenges and help be part of the solution.  

This programme will help you discover the diverse and broad range of opportunities available to you in tech, showing you that no matter your strengths and interests, there's something for everyone in this field!

You will also be working on individual project work accredited by the Skills Builder Partnership, giving you the chance to put everything you’ve learned into action. This will be a great addition to your CV! To support you on your projects, professional TCS mentors will be available to give you feedback and support. We’re here to help you discover your potential and have fun while doing it. 

We welcome young people who are eager to learn and explore the exciting world of technology. We don’t expect our participants to have any prior knowledge or experience with technology, our goal is to provide a programme that is inclusive and welcoming to all.

TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) is a large global IT Services, consulting and business solutions organisation. TCS provides some of the UK and Ireland’s biggest companies advice on how to use technology in a smarter, more innovative way in order to help their company do things faster and more efficiently to achieve their goals.  

For young people interested in technology, TCS offers various opportunities such as entry level positions for recent graduates and internships. TCS provides training and development programmes for its employees including digital and technical skills training, leadership development programmes and opportunities to work on exciting innovative projects.
