In-Person Insight Day at J Murphy and Sons (Engineering and Construction Company)

We are hosting an in-person insight day at our Ollerton depot - Murphy Plant, Rushcliffe House, Newark Road, New Ollerton, Nottingham, NG22 9PZ (SatNav NG22 9TB).

This opportunity offers young people aged 16-19 to gain an insight into working in construction. Construction covers a wide range of career paths and throughout the day you will get an insight into some of the following areas:

- Engineering

- Construction & Project Management

- Quantity Surveying

- Finance & Procurement

- Planning & Project Controls

The day will consist of a series of sessions, including an introduction to construction and Murphy, group activities and careers advice for young people who want to kick start their career in the industry.
