Have you always wondered what HR professionals actually do? Are they there for the employee or employer? Can anyone ever actually enjoy work?
The Human Resources department is often described (by us) as the backbone of an organisation and focuses on everything people based in an organisation and their experiences in the workplace from the moment they see a job advert. No two days are the same in a HR role and it offers a varied and rewarding career where skills like resilience and empathy meet with communication and relationship building .
Please note: Application deadlines may be brought forward if we receive high volumes of applicants; therefore, we encourage students to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
