The Human Resources department is often described (by us) as the backbone of an organisation and focuses on everything people based in an organisation and their experiences in the workplace from the moment they see a job advert. No two days are the same in a HR role and it offers a varied and rewarding career where skills like resilience and empathy meet with communication and relationship building .
