During our fantastic 5-day programme, we seek to immerse you into our architectural studio to give you a good understanding of what we do. The programme will be led by a selection of our wonderful staff from different teams across the practice. The programme consists of talks and activities with each day focusing on a different theme such as briefing, architectural drawing, sustainability and materials and volume and scale.
Throughout this placement you will gain experience in the following areas:
- Design and spatial thinking
- Running a business
- Sustainability
- Model making
- Routes into the profession
Through our talks and tasks, you will come away with a broad range of transferable skills that will assist you in a future career in architectural practice or the wider construction industry.
Whether you are a budding creative, a big picture problem solver, a number cruncher or tech-obsessed computer whiz we want to show you there is a role for everyone in architecture. We are looking forward to working with you.
