Baroness Lucy Neville-Rolfe
Baroness (Lucy) Neville-Rolfe, DBE CMG has been an active member of the House of Lords since 2013 and has held senior roles in both the public and private sectors.
Between 2014 and 2017 she was a minister in the Business and Culture departments and in HM Treasury responsible for, inter alia, intellectual property and the impact of Brexit on financial services.
Before joining the Lords she worked for Tesco (1997-2013) being a member of the main board during 2006-13. Until 1997 she was a civil servant including being a member of the Prime Minister’s Policy Unit in 10 Downing Street from 1992-1994.
Lucy holds several non-executive directorships
Lucy read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Somerville College, Oxford where she is an Honorary Fellow. She is married with 4 sons.
