Chris Bradford

I lead the People function at Gamma, a Unified Communications company, and as part of the Executive team, I’m responsible for culture, employee experience and engagement across all our locations. During my career I’ve worked for a wide variety of organisations across the public and private sectors, from small start-ups to global multinationals. I’ve also run my own business, and offer coaching and mentoring to people looking to change careers or build a stronger sense of their own personal ‘brand’ and gain greater confidence at interviews, or in their existing roles.
