Clive Sheldon
King's Counsel
I am a King’s Counsel specialising in public law and employment law. I argue cases on behalf of the Secretary of State for Education and other government bodies, and also represent and advise local authorities, schools and children in the education field. I am currently leading the challenge to the August GCSE English marking decision.
I also advise and represent police forces and senior police officers in cases involving alleged discrimination and misconduct.
For ten years, I served on the Attorney General’s Treasury Panels of Counsel. Earlier in my career, I worked for two years as an Attorney on Wall Street, New York.
