Dan Cullen-Shute

A proud Welshman, Dan now lives in Yorkshire, but still spends a couple of days a week in London, running Creature, the agency he founded in 2011, and sold to Candid, a Dutch marketing group, in 2022, becoming Worldwide CEO of the nascent Creature group in the process. A self-professed industry activist, he works closely with the Social Mobility Foundation, the Living Wage Foundation and the Child Poverty Action Group, and campaigns for better pay and an increased focus on social mobility within the advertising and marketing industries. He’s also a fiercely proud Nottingham Forest fan, a passion he shares with Stan, his son, and Mali, his daughter (if not quite so much with Abby, his partner), and coaches the Ilkley Town AFC U8s.
