Dr Sarah Wollaston

Sarah worked as a GP and teacher of junior doctors and medical students until being elected as the MP for Totnes in 2010. Whilst in Parliament she chaired the cross party Health and Social Care Select committee from 2014 until leaving Parliament in December 2019. During the pandemic Sarah returned to front line clinical practice as a GP until taking up her role as independent chair of NHS Devon in 2022.
