With over 15 years of experience advising FTSE-listed companies, Erika has held senior governance roles at Low & Bonar, InterContinental Hotels Group, Premier Foods, and KPMG.. At just 32, she became the youngest executive in the industry to  advise a FTSE 250 board, setting a new standard in governance leadership.

Under Erika’s leadership, Beyond Governance challenges outdated governance models, offering expert guidance on M&A, IPOs, digital transformation, and risk strategy. Her philosophy is clear: governance isn’t bureaucracy it is the engine of long-term, sustainable value.

Recognised as  “Governance Professional of the Year” by the Chartered Governance Institute, Erika is dedicated to driving accountability, transparency, and meaningful governance reform.
