Hardev Hughes

I am a business Director with a breadth of experience generated through multiple roles across Rolls-Royce. Focusing on new and emerging technologies, innovation and engineering & digital capabilities. I have knowledge in the development and execution of technology and digital strategies focusing on organisation change.
Whilst working closely with the business and technology teams I have developed a strong foundation in delivering business value in multiple domains. In my current role, I am responsible for horizon scanning and evaluating technology risks and opportunities across our group. The technologies we want to develop are evaluated and where appropriate partners identified. The team works closely with research councils and government groups to inform global policies on subjects ranging from our Net Zero journey to managing our university relationships.
