Kelly Bradshaw

SVP MTV Entertainment Group, MTVE Studios & Paramount International Media Networks

Kelly Bradshaw is Senior Vice President, Content and Brand Lead for MTV Entertainment Studios and Paramount Media Networks, overseeing the group’s adult entertainment portfolio – MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network – Internationally in 180 countries outside of the US.

Based in London, she reports into Chris McCarthy, Co-CEO of Paramount Global and President and CEO of Paramount Media Networks & MTV Entertainment Studios.

Kelly’s is accountable for shaping the groups’ content and brand strategy, working closely with Global leadership and local teams to develop, expand and extend the groups franchises and formats through Linear & Streaming platforms (including Paramount+ and Pluto, plus MTVE group’s social accounts) to fuel growth and maximise audiences through the Paramount global ecosystem around the world. She oversees all the Content and Marketing functions for the MTVE group ex US.

A data driven, audience focussed exec, in her global role driven top ranking subscription drivers to Paramount+ around the world, MAUs growth from MTVE content initiatives on FAST platform Pluto, delivered share growth to the MTVE Groups’ top revenue driving linear channels and driven MTVE best ever social engagement metrics.

Before joining the international business in 2020, Kelly was GM Brand lead of MTV group in the UK where she commissioned hit MTV UK shows such as Teen Mom UK and The Charlotte Show and developed and rolled out successful global formats such as Geordie Shore/The Shores, Ex on the Beach & Just Tattoo of Us, alongside award winning editions of music formats such as MTV Unplugged.

Under Kelly leadership, the UK delivered its highest ever share of viewing in 2018, and delivered a slew of awards to include Creative Channel of the Year (Promax 2018) and Specialist Channel of the Year at Edinburgh TV Festival (2019).

Prior to this, she worked for the BBC across several roles.

Kelly is a graduate of the Betsey Magness Leadership Institute program, 1 of 27 globally selected women in Cable & Telecommunications each year. She acts ongoing as a mentor and sponsor, and is executive champion of Rise, Paramount’s ERG supporting mobility by creating an inclusive global community that activates, connects, and develops early-to-mid career employees and allies.

Kelly lives in London with her husband Sam and twin boys and enjoys music, fashion, travel & culture.
