Margaret Ammon

Margaret joined the Legal & General Investment Management Holdings Limited (LGIMH) in 2020 as the Chief Risk Officer.
Margaret was appointed Chief Risk Officer of M&G Investments in December 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in senior risk roles, within the asset management industry, working in the UK, Asia and Australia.

Prior to working for M&G, Margaret was the CRO for Colonial First State Global Asset Management, and held senior management roles for Schroders, Old Mutual Asset Managers and KPMG. She started her career working within HSBC’s financial markets team in Sydney as well as working for Ernst & young in their financial risk management group.

Margaret holds a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Canberra.
