Peter Harvey

After a relatively uninspiring academic record at school, with encouragement from a number of mentors, Peter rose through the ranks at Barclays to become CEO of the corporate/commercial bank and Vice-Chair of UK banking. After 34 years he retired in early 2008 and followed a plural career with a number of non-executive directorships.

Outside of paid work, he has been Chair of 2 rugby clubs and on the board of a golf and cricket club. Peter assists Saracens Rugby Club with their personal development programme and mentors a number of young people.
