Ryan Prince

Ryan is co-founder and vice chairman of Realstar International. Since establishing its London presence in 2002, Ryan has led the firm’s efforts in the healthcare, hospitality and PRS sectors. At present, Realstar’s UK assets include a nation-wide portfolio of GP surgeries, a portfolio of Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels comprising in excess of 10,000 rooms and a growing portfolio of student and PRS properties totalling in excess of 1,000 suites in emerging areas of London such as Wandsworth, Hackney Wick, Stockwell and Shoreditch. Most recently, Realstar has brought its award-winning residential management platform to the UK market under the Realstar Living banner (www.realstarliving.com). Leveraging over 40 years of success owning and managing over 30,000 residential apartments for rental in Canada, Realstar is now seeking to bring this same level of quality and service to the UK.

Prior to Realstar, aged 21, Ryan co-founded iGabriel Ltd, an early stage venture capital firm who’s limited partners were CEO and Founders of market leading firms. Ryan is also Chairman of the UK advisory board member of Facing History & Ourselves (www.facinghistory.org), a not-for-profit organisation focused on training teachers how to inspire students through the lens of history to take an active role in society and learn critical reasoning skills resulting in moral and ethical decisions.
