
Simon Collins
I am Chair of Kubrick Group, a consultancy that helps organisations tackle challenges in technology and transformation. I also chair GALLOS Technologies, a company that co-builds and invests in security technology companies, and Decoded, a leading technology education business. I am on the Advisory Boards of a number of other technology businesses as well as Lakestar Capital, and I am Senior Adviser at BNP Paribas bank. I am co-founder of Gold Collins Edelman Advisors, which advises large organisations on stressful events, and a non-executive Director of the Royal Air Force.
My early career was spent in banking, with S G Warburg and Nat West, then I set up my own debt advisory business before joining KPMG in 1999. I had various roles in KPMG culminating in being Chairman and Senior Partner until 2017.
I chair the Global Leadership Board of the University of Manchester and the Catalyst Club Board of Cancer Research UK, and I am a non-executive Director of 25 x 25 Limited, an association dedicated to improving executive gender balance.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a graduate (economics) of the University of Manchester. I attended Haberdashers’ Aske’s School Elstree.
