– I run Beko plc a £500M business in the UK& Ireland, employing over 350 people in 5 sites. We are the leading Group and Brand operating in major domestic appliances in the UK and have been here for over 35 years

– We run a DE&I Committe, a Sustainability Commitee, volunteering committee, and I personally lead the Women in Leadership group
