Lieutenant Colonel Lewis joins us from The Royal Military Sandhurst with two colleagues to talk about careers in the Armed Forces. Lieutenant Colonel Lewis left regular service in 2013 and now delivers strategy, leadership and team building training. He discusses how values and standards benefit great teamwork and leadership. He also reflects on how young people can build their confidence and resilience.
